Contact Us
The quickest way to reach us is the phone. The same number takes WhatsApp messages, so send a photograph of a frame, a prescription or a broken hinge if that is easier than explaining it.

If you are writing about an order, include the order number — and for a delivery question, your PIN code. It saves an exchange of messages. Orders you have placed while signed in are listed under My Account.
