Book a Fitting

There is no booking form on this website. We would rather you spoke to someone, so a fitting is arranged in one of two ways:

• Call or send a WhatsApp message to +91 75750 01691, tell us which studio suits you and roughly when you would like to come, and we will fix a time.
• Walk in. You are welcome without an appointment. If you are travelling across the city, ring first so you are not making the trip for nothing.

Say when you call if you also want your eyes tested, or if you are bringing a child or an older relative who will need more time. Eye testing is done in store.

What to bring

• Your current prescription, if you have one. A photograph of it on your phone is fine. If you cannot make sense of it, our prescription guide explains the numbers, and we will read it for you in the shop.
• The glasses you wear now, even the broken pair. They tell us a great deal about what has and has not worked for you.
• Anyone whose opinion you will want. People change their minds in the car park otherwise.
• An idea of how you will use them — screens all day, driving at night, one pair for everything, sunglasses for the road.

What happens

1. We talk about what you need the glasses to do, and what you did not like about the last pair.
2. You try frames on. Several. This is the part worth giving time to.
3. We check the fit properly — width, bridge, temple length, how it sits — and adjust the ones you are drawn to so you are judging them fairly.
4. We take the measurements the lenses need and go through the lens options for your prescription.
5. We confirm what you are ordering and what happens next before anything is made.

Give yourself enough time to try a few things properly rather than settling for the second frame you picked up.

If you bought online

Bring it in. A frame ordered from the site can be adjusted to your face in any of the studios — see Repairs & Adjustments. Fit is very often the reason a new frame feels wrong, and it is usually a two-minute job.
