Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of chashmish.com and any order you place on it. By ordering, you accept them.
Who you are buying from
Chashmish Eyewear Studio, Abhishek Complex, 11 & 15, nr. Kameshwar Temple, Naranpura, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380013.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it, and we may decline — stock that has run out, a pricing or listing error, a prescription we cannot safely dispense, or a payment flagged by our processor. If we decline after you have paid, we refund you in full.

Prices
Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay — see Shipping Policy.
We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price we will contact you before dispatching rather than simply cancelling.
Prescriptions
If you supply a prescription, you are responsible for its accuracy — the power, the lens type, and any coating. We dispense to what you give us. Please check it before ordering; once glazing begins the lenses are specific to you and cannot be resold.
A prescription older than one year should be re-tested. We can do that at any of our studios. Nothing on this site is a substitute for an eye examination, and we do not diagnose eye conditions online.
Products as shown
We photograph frames as faithfully as we can, but colours vary between screens, and measurements are as supplied by the manufacturer. If a frame is not as described when it arrives, that is covered by our returns policy.
Guarantee
Frames carry the manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects. That does not cover accidental damage, ordinary wear, or damage from improper handling. Bring any frame bought from us into a studio and we will look at it.
Using this site
You may not copy our photographs, descriptions or design for commercial use; interfere with the site or try to gain unauthorised access; or place orders fraudulently or on someone else's payment method.
Your account and the one-time codes sent to your mobile are yours to keep secure.
Liability
Where something is our fault, our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned. Nothing here limits any right you have under Indian consumer law, and nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall to the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
