Where we deliver, what it costs, and how long it takes.
What delivery costs
- Within India: Rs 200 per order. Free on orders of Rs 2,000 or more (goods value, before delivery).
- Outside India: a flat Rs 3,250 per order.
The charge that applies to your order is shown in the cart and again at checkout before you pay. That figure is the one that counts.
Where we deliver
We deliver across India. Enter your PIN code at checkout to confirm we reach you; if no courier serves your area we will tell you before taking payment.
We also deliver to selected countries outside India. One order goes to one address — to send to two places, please place two orders.
How long it takes
- Stock frames and sunglasses within India: typically 5–10 working days from order confirmation.
- Prescription orders: add the time to glaze the lenses to your power. We confirm the expected date when we confirm the prescription.
- International: varies by destination and customs clearance.
These are working days and exclude delays outside our control, such as weather, strikes, or any action by a government authority. If we cannot deliver within the stated period we will cancel the order and refund you in full.
Customs and duty on international orders
Shipments leaving India are cleared by Indian Customs, and packages may carry an "opened for customs" seal — that is routine and not tampering.
All international consignments are sent Delivery Duty Unpaid. Any customs duty, tax or handling fee charged by the destination country is payable by you, directly to the carrier, at delivery.
Tracking
You receive tracking by email and SMS once the order is dispatched. Signed-in customers can also see it under My Account.
